Pilates works the whole body to improve flexibility, build strength and develop endurance and control. This class will help you develop a strong core which improves coordination and balance while toning your arms and legs. Develop long lean muscles without the bulk. Pilates is great for anyone, from beginners to dancers to athletes. Mats are provided or bring your own. Register in person or online!
